How does it work?
Upload a photo of your holiday lights display by December 20th to be eligible to win. The public will vote for their favorites from December 21st to January 3rd.
Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Yes. As long as it is still within the submission period.
Are there prizes?
Yes. Grand prize winner will be determined by the most votes and will receive $250. The two runner up winners will receive a uTools Conservation Toolbox courtesy of Colorado Springs Utilities.
